Delivery Policy
By purchasing a service package through Harvestfield Immigration’s website you are entitled to professional assistance with your Canadian Immigration Application by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). If you have purchased a consultation you are entitled to a Forty Minute meeting with a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) in order to evaluate your Canadian Immigration options.
Refund Policy
The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the RCIC. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal.
There is no refund when CLIENT withdraws from processing or abandons his/her application or nomination at any stage. 2% of interest fee will be applied each month upon any late payments. Client is responsible for bank charges associated with wiring fees to RCIC’s account.
In the event that an unforeseen circumstance occurs, the RCIC agrees, at her own discretion, to use a portion of fees paid towards providing a service at an agreed later date.
